Exchange or Return an order
By law you are entitled to a return policy of 14 days under the Distance Selling Act. This means that you must indicate within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return the order.
If you wish to return an order, you must inform us by sending an email to info@4youwear.nl. State clearly which order number it concerns and what you want to return from this order. We would also like to hear from you why you want to return the order. However, this is not mandatory. You will receive a confirmation email from us that the return request has been received by us. From the moment you have received the confirmation email from us, you must send us the return within 14 days.
If you want to return the entire order, we will refund the payment, including any delivery costs that we charge you immediately but within 14 days following the day on which you notified us of the revocation (= moment of dissolution). Indicate in the return request how you want to receive the payment back. The refund is free of charge.
If you want to return part of an order, we will refund the payment, excluding any delivery costs that we have charged you for the entire order, for the returned product without delay but within 14 days following the day on which you reported the revocation to us (the moment of dissolution). The refund is free of charge for you.
We do assume that we have received the return within these 14 days. If we do not receive the return within these 14 days, we will refund you the amount as soon as we have received the return.
If you have chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, we will not reimburse the additional costs incurred by this more expensive method.
After you have notified us of the return request, you can send the return to us. The costs of the return are for the account of the customer.

If you want to exchange a product because you have ordered the wrong size, then the above also applies, whereby we will not refund you, but we will provide you with a new product, with the correct size. You do not have to pay the costs for sending this new product, we will take care of this. However, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
