Retour Shipments
If something doesn't fit, or you don't like it, you can always exchange or request a refund. This can easily be done by returning the package to our return address. A few conditions do apply:
- You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.
- Indicate on the receipt or the withdrawal form whether you want to exchange for a different size or color. You can also indicate that you want your money back.
- If you receive a refund, this will happen immediately after we have received your package.
- The shipping costs to return the order are for the account of the customer.
- Always keep your post office receipt.
